With the recent updates that has improved Sierra's performance, has this changed how Sierra views hyperthreading?

The new Intel Ultra series don't have it by default so I was wondering if that was a good option, or if I should go for the 14900kf or the 9950x ryzen (4.3ghz base clock)

Also, should I disable E-cores?

kf means no integrated graphics right? I thought that was preferable as I want sierra to use the GPU anyways

We have no idea about something like this. None at all. We have no idea, how Sierra Chart would be affected by hyperthreading or not.

In general hyperthreading does not make sense to us, to the extent we understand it and we do not use it ourselves on our servers.

I'll just go for the new ultra 265k that doesn't have hyperthreading.

do not get kf processor incase your gpu has a problem, then you need to obtain another gpu just to have any display at all

If you plug your monitors into your gpu, your gpu will handle display

if you plug your monitors into your motherboard, your integrated graphics inside cpu will handle display

You dont need to be concerned about sierra and hyperthreading, hyperthreading is handled by cpu automatically

Ive never heard of this being a concern a77. Theres no concern for end user at all, none whatsoever, and never will be

Do not turn off any features of your processor, less is more, install it and leave it be
