hide chart drawings default

                It seems that "hide chart drawings" defaults to On. Please let me decide. I want it off until I choose, so I see markups, if any, on a newly loaded chart. "Hide" should be a sanity check before EAL. I have ECD, EAL, ESD, HCD on toolbar, but easily forget that.  |

                It is off by default and what this indicates is that you are running the CLR version and missing the spreadsheet component file, which is causing a memory corruption.                 What is "CLR version"? I have yet to try spreadsheet.

                OK, updated thru HELP. Attached image shows "Hide Chart Drawings" defaulted to on after restart, but it was off before restart/update.  |

                Uncheck  Chart >> Hide Chart Drawings. Select File >> Save. Select File >> Close Chartbook. Reopen the Chartbook. The option should be disabled. We see no reason for a problem.
