FTSE100 Futures Contracts Intraday Data CQG

Hi Support, I'm using Sierra v1187 with CQG and since Friday SEP 5th AM GMT I've not been able to get any intraday data on the FTSE100 futures contracts eg: F.US.QFAU14. Previously this has been working fine for several weeks. My other CQG symbols like F.US.EU6U14 EUR/USD and EMini S&P500 are working fine. When I logon the FTSE100 real time data is coming through OK, so I would have eg 5 minute bars starting at the time I logged on but nothing from earlier. If I shut down and restart then again there are no bars from the previous logon or before. I've tried deleting all data and reloading and even deleting the .scid file and trying to reload but no luck. There is no problem with the historical data for the FTSE100 futures so a daily chart is OK. I'm not sure if this is a Sierra problem or a CQG problem or what. Please can you advise. I'm using WHSelfInvest and CQG. I've been in touch with WHS and they say they are not aware of any problems. I've now checked all the available LIFFE codes and all of them give a download failed message for intraday data. My GLOBEX codes are working fine. We have now set up the proper routing for LIFFE historical data when using CQG. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. After the update is installed, to recover the missing data in the chart, select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Please confirm that this works properly for you. One note, it is recommended to wait about five or 10 seconds for the symbol settings to update before opening any Chartbooks.
