Besides the lines on the chart when I enter a trade is there a way to display if I'm in a trade anywhere else? My problem: right now I run two instances of sierra charts. If I have an open trade on instance 2 i don't see it on instance 1. Through the day I turn instance 2 off and just keep 1 on. So I'm afraid one day I may accidentally keep a instance 2 trade on and not notice it later that day when I'm only running instance 1. How can I see instance 2 open trades on instance 1 |

The Trading: Profit/Loss Text study has several settings that will tell you if you are in a trade. If both instances are trading the same account, then the studies should agree. I have not tested the accuracy of this statement for all the settings. Let us know what you find.

It looks like you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, in which case you should be seeing the trades in both instances. Are these completely separate installations of Sierra Chart, or are you opening the second instance using "File >> New Instance"? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
