Inserting Chartbook on my Sierra Chart

I am new to Sierra Chart and this first experience is bad, I have been trying to add a chartbook and it doesn't go through. I t says "The chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with converting it." So I am gonna be needing some assistance with getting it right please. I would really appreciate as I am trying to build my trading career and this is a bad way to start. |

You should go to the source of the chartbook and have them get you an updated version.
