I am loading ESZ25 chart and it is blank when loading historical tick data. Trying a 1 min chart or any other chart type with the same result, just a blank window with no candlesticks. It was working before. I have done a clean reinstall and still same result. Using version 2697.

What is your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
