This means that the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is not set to a trading service. Therefore, you can only trade in Simulation mode.

What trading service are you wanting to connect to?

Im with amp futures

It's currently set at "SC Data - All Services (data)" so im not sure what trading service to set it at? im with amp futures and I have package 10 with sierra charts.

What order routing service are you using with AMP? It will either be CQG or Teton. We need to know which one to point you to the proper instructions.
