TPO Volume Profile disappearing whenever I reset profiles to their standard view.

My TPO Volume Profiles are disappearing whenever I reset profiles to their standard view. I have to recalculate/reload the chart every time in order for the volume profiles to return. Started having this issue yesterday about 3 hours before market closed, prior had no issues. Not sure what's causing this. I have updated to the latest sierra chart version as well.

We are not able to reproduce this.

What are the exact option you are selecting when you reset the profile back to the standard view?

I reset it normally right clicking the tpo profile and clicking reset all profiles to standard view. It could just be a glitch regarding it running on Crossover. When I save the Chartbook the VP re appears but once opening the profiles again and or reseting the issue repeats.

We are not able to reproduce this using any of the reset options, including the right-click and select "Reset All Profiles to Standard View".

It could be a Crossover issue, that is something that is out of our control.

Please get us a chart that shows this issue by following these instructions:

If we still can not reproduce it, then we will chalk it up to Crossover, but we would like to ensure it is not something else.

Also, we are curious, if you select the "Chart >> Recalculate" after the VbP disappears, does it come back? If not, then also try "Chart >> Reload and Recalculate".
