Selective TPO functionality not working

In the new update, the ability to select TPO does not work. In the Keyboard Shortcuts settings section, I had set a selected TPO to merge with the next TPO. Previously, when you clicked on the TPO, it was displayed with a dash around it, indicating the TPO selected for the merge. Then, by pressing a button on the mouse, both TPOs would merge, but now that line will no longer be displayed.
