Good day,
I see many other platforms refer to RVOL as between +3 and -3 as elevated.
Why do I see RVol as i.e 60 and even more?
Is there are specific setting for this?

We can not speak to how other systems display certain information.

If you are referring to the Relative Volume study, then a value of 60 is 60%, meaning that the relative volume is 60% of the average volume for that time, so it is lower than the average. A value of 100% would mean it is exactly the same and a value over 100 means it is higher than the average.
