Hello, I just purchased the Denali Feed and from my understanding, I don't need to go through a broker. My question is how do I connect the Denali Feed to my charts? Thank you |

In general, there is nothing you need to do in order to connect the Denali Exchange Data Feed to your Sierra Chart. This is all handled by the system. The only thing you need to ensure is that the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". It should be set this way, as this is the default. If you do need to change it, you will then need to select "File >> Reconnect" in order to update the data feed information for your system. Otherwise, you just open a chart for the symbol you want. Keep in mind that for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, you need to enter the symbol with the -NQTV suffix (such as TSLA-NQTV for Tesla). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
