Of course it is out of hand. Binance is very substandard and the problem is expected. It definitively will continue to happen. The problem is on the Binance side. That is definitive. how come that you seem the only one not being able to have a stable interface with binance???
We only notice the problem with Binance when it is received in Germany. Binance simply stops the data randomly. They keep some market data activity on the web socket, making it impossible to know if there is a problem. They block the data in the United States. We do not not notice any problems in New Zealand but the problem is if we do everything out of New Zealand then if there is a loss of connectivity there for some reason then the feed is gone for all symbols. And lost data. But with all of the trouble we are seeing, eventually we will have to shut down, the Binance data processing we have in Germany. We will be patching the missing data, at the end of the day . Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I think every other platform connects to Binance from your local machine and requests only data for the symbols you subscribe to; whereas Sierra Chart might connect to Binance and pull every tick from their exchange to relay any symbols to users and to store historical data? As far as I know none of these other services are designed to subscribe to all of Binance, so it makes sense the problem is on the Binance side. |
