Hi support,

I noticed that the limit for historical data requests is 800 for my service pack. Is this a gross number of requests or is it a symbol limit? ie. if I open and close a chartbook multiple times but it is for the same stock, does that count as one request or multiple?

Thanks

It refers to the number of historical data requests.

Does the Chartbook contain Historical Daily charts or Intraday charts? Or both.

As long as you have not restarted Sierra Chart, this will count as one request.
