Cannot Connect to Apex via Rithmic

Hello, I am trying to connect to Apex Trader Prop Firm. However, on the Server (List), nothing appears - it is blank (see screenshot). Shouldnt I see a list of Servers to choose from when I select Rithmic? Thanks, Neil |
