Detach chart with custimizable buttons showing

I have detached a chart window to put it on a second screen. I am trying to get the custimzed buttons to also show on the chart. Can I do that?

On detached chart: Window > Control Bars If it opens in "float mode" right click control bar and select where you want it (attach top/bottom etc)
