[Programming Help] - Trade system based on alert enters trade and closes next bar

Appreciate everyone’s time in advance. I’ve been troubleshooting random cases where a trade will enter and following the next bar exit the same trade. This is using the Trade System Based on Alert Condition study which is referencing a spreadsheet study for trade signals. I’ve deactivated all other entry/exit methods to isolate things. I’ve also created (not sure what the technical term is) a trade confirmation that uses zero targets and stops. Can anyone provide potential options to troubleshoot this further?
