Hi, I recently started having this issue of sim trades not syncing in terms of sim1 account order execution. I provided a screen cap as an example.

see in #3 chart, pos is +41@119.78, whilst the chart in #2 is +95@120.52.

trade activity log follows the sim trades in #3 (even though #3 doesn't even show the execution triangles). All my trades are made using the trade window from #2

I looked into different documentations and has done the following

I attempted to resolve this by:

1. removing any global loss//gain management restrictions

2. linking the charts at link number 2 with the following turned as yes: symbol, session times, days to load, trade window

3. I've done the 'Simplified Steps to Solve Incorrect Daily Profit/Loss' in the documentation https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DailyProfitLossValue.html. I kinda skimmed through the documentation but not much was said about sim trades

I can't find another cause for this. can someone please guide me to any useful reference or solution? thanks

Set this setting in each of the charts to a large enough value:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Number of Days to Load (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

You may want to use one year like 365.
