30 Second opening range instructions

Hi, I am having issues with creating the 30 second opening range of the RTH session, I have my session times correct. I have tried the Initial balance study and also the high-low extended study, on both the ranges are incorrect, I have also switched it to a 30 second chart with no luck, it does create a range but it seems only the IB low of teh range is showing correctly. I have attached 2 pictures, for reference the 30 second OR for friday 6th august is 5514.75 to 5518.75 any suggestions would be great. thanks |

using a 30s chart is correct, but End Time needs to be 09:30:29 otherwise it will include the next 30s bar (that begins at 09:30:30).

Hi, Thanks, but adjusting the time doesnt work either, i actually had that setting of time on there before sending screenshot, its exactly the same, no difference, same issue. |

Look at my picture and look at yours, what is different? Yours is set to "Use Session Start Time and Minutes from Start" which is set to 15 minutes, so you are always going to see a 15 minutes IB. Set it to "Use Start/End Time" and try again. I missed that in your original image, but you can see my settings in the image shared. Here is a link for the study settings, maybe it is useful.
