Recent bid/ask DOM doesn't show up after closing program down

I'll be replaying DOM and for some reason the recent bid/ask will not work the next time I restart Sierra on replay. I've tried matching the timezones, downloading market depth data, making sure intraday data is set to 30 days. Not sure what to do. I haven't found anyone else who has had this problem on support board.

Yes this is true. It is not saved. You would have to do a replay of the chart again to see it .
