Currently the behaviour of Window > Next/Previous Chart (either via hotkey or through menu) when working with detached charts over multiple chartbooks is as follows:

Detached Chart from Active Chartbook:
- Switches to Next/Previous Chart within within Active Chartbook

Detached Chart from Non-Active Chartbook:
- Does nothing

The Expected/Desired behaviour I have would be:

Detached Chart from Non-Active or Active Chartbook:
- Cycles and brings to focus next/previous chart within the Chartbook for that Detached Chart

Is this possible at all within the current build of Sierra?
I have done a search of forums, documentation, and menus, and found nothing that appears to enable this.

If not would it be possible to implement in future?
As an example of how: an option under General Settings > GUI option to automatically activate the relevant chartbook when clicking on a detached chart would enable this behaviour.

What you want to do is not possible with Sierra Chart. What you are seeing now with the first two scenarios you reference (Detached Chart from Active Chartbook and Detached Chart from Non-Active Chartbook) is how it works.

Thanks for the response John.

Would it be possible to get this added to a request list? Totally tracking it would be low priority if so.

We take all requests, but we can not say when we would get to any particular item.
