Trade window is not showing my trades

I'm using Interactive broker with Sierra Chart via the API. This morning when I executed a trade from SC the trade went through but when I flatten the trade from SC it was still active on Interactive broker. My trade window is not showing the trade nor is the trade activity log shows when I exit the trade. See attached log file and screen shot. I had to call IB to exit the trade because SC wasn't showing that I was in a trade. Why is my trades not being shown in the trade window or why it didn't cancel when I put in the order?

The problem is you are not using the right symbol. The correct symbol for MES is in File >> Find Symbol. Correct all (very important) instances of MES in that instance of Sierra Chart. The correct symbol, follows a pattern like this:
MES-######-CME-USD
