Please provide the specific link for how to change the background color from RED to anything else! Note that my vision disability makes a black font on a red background impossible to see. Thanks |

The Trading DOM uses the "Trade DOM Ask Background" and "Trade DOM Bid Background" by default. So if these are enabled, then change these colors to change the upper and lower half of the Trading DOM backgrounds. Refer to the following: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Trade DOM Ask Background You could also disable these two items (uncheck the "Enable" box for these) in which case the "Trade DOM Background Color" is used for the entire area. Refer to the following: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Trade DOM Background Color Just be sure to change the colors in the appropriate location. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This is not something we do. Please get us an image of what you are wanting to change and we can tell you the graphics setting you need to update for it. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

On the stand alone DOM I changed EVERY Red background to Pink The Sell Orders are still RED! This was once again a total waste of my time and makes Sierra Support useless once again. |

If you would give us an image showing the particular item you are wanting to change, then we can tell you exactly what you need to change.

For some strange reason getting an image of the stand alone DOM fails But I spent most of the day solving the problem instead of trading and making money! Maybe tomorrow will be profitable! Thanks |

On the Trading DOM select "Window >> Attach Chart Window". This will put the Trading DOM into your main Sierra Chart window. Then with that as the active window select "Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays". Wait until you get a popup that states the image has been saved and it gives you a link to copy - select Yes to copy the link and then paste that link into this thread and respond so we can see it. Let us know the area of the DOM you are trying to change. You can then select "Window >> Detach Chart Window" to make the DOM separate from the main Sierra Chart window.
