Confusion around ACSIL Function sc.ConvertDateTimeToChartTimeZone()

Hello, I did have some initial confusion around the sc.ConvertDateTimeToChartTimeZone() function in comparison to sc.ConvertDateTimeFromChartTimeZone() which required me to debug it. It is because I was using them in sequence. What I propose is in the documentation to clearly specify that the second argument is either the Originating or the Destination Timezone. For sc.ConvertDateTimeToChartTimeZone() the second argument is the Originating timezone in the SCDateTime object that you want to convert to the chart timezone. This is clear now for me. I am just pointing it out in case other developers run into a similar problem.
