If I enter a position without TP and SL. How can I add SL and TP after I am in position?

You would need to setup the TP and SL as you want them in the Attached Orders section of the Trade Window and then actually "send" them to the exchange by using one of the Order Types of "Send Attached Orders by Price/Position".
