Good morning,

In the attached screenshot, I am in a simulated trade with a red line indicating a losing position with an entry of 75.99 with a stop loss above at 76.07 and a profit target at 75.81.

I don't know what these lines are called. I would though like to know how to change the colors of these lines. Please advise.

The red line is your "Position Line" and the others are "Working Order Lines".

There are a number of various settings for these items. To start with, refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Coloring Of Position Line Based On (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Chart Position Line)

Then refer to the Graphics Settings starting at the following:
Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart Trading Orders Being Inputted
