I have just paid for a Service Package 10 and I do not have Numbers Bars or TPO Profile Charts.
I renewed but it did not work

Package 10 does not have support for these items. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages (probably Package 11 for what you want). Refer to the information on the packages at the following link:
