I have problem since this monday of 26/8 Whenever I place order, it did not execute i download updated version , reset CQG password, my order still on hold. pls advise me what happened and how to settle it with thanks. |

Is the order showing on your chart as "Held"? If so, then your "Time in Force" is set to "Send Order At Time". Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force): If it is something else, then we need to know what exactly you are seeing when you place the order.
