Hi there, I can not change the chart bar period using a keyboard, such as 5m, which is not working. Thanks for your help. |

First, select the "Escape" key to ensure there is nothing in the buffer, then select the chart and then select each of the following keys in order: 5 m <enter> This should change your chart to a 5 minute chart. Note that the Enter key is necessary. If this does not work, then please let us know. Yes, I did what you suggested. But still, I have the same problem.

Can you change the bar period using any other method - changing it in Chart Settings or by using a Control Bar button?

We are wondering if you might have a key set to a shortcut, and therefore it is not entering properly to change the bar period. Have you tried to change to some other type of chart, such as a Range chart by entering the following: 7 r <enter> Let us know if the above works, and if it is just changing to a Minute based chart that is not working. The issue has been resolved following my upgrade to version 2671. Thank you.
