buy/sell markers not showing up on new chart

I've been using a 2 chart chartbook for a while now but decided I wanted 3 charts on my screen. When I added the new chart I noticed -- buy and sell markers on orders placed were not showing up on the new chart (yellow&purple arrows) in example image. -- I'm not seeing the order brackets either. How can i fix this? |

Most likely, that new chart does not have the option for "Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On" enabled. Refer to the following: Trade Menu: Chart Trade Mode On (Trade menu) Otherwise, you would need to go through the items at the following links to determine what other options may be the ones causing this: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Displaying Order Fills on the Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

ok that worked thanks. One last question. In the top left of the chart its telling me DPL: 20P I want it to tell me C not P (dollar amount not points), where do i change that? |
