If I use the Forex / CFD data provided by Sierra, and want to use the Futures Trading Simulator Service to track my trades on it, should I use the Trading Evaluator? or the Delayed Trading Evaluator?

You would need to use the "Trading Evaluator" as that data is all real-time. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
