I have a "control bar - chart" that the buttons will not work when on a chart (they work fine on a DOM). I use this control bar on the DOM with no issue but when I put it on a chart the trading buttons become inactive. I have been waiting for almost a year for you guys to release a new Trade Window. On the release I was very disappointed so I made my own. I am satisfied with what I have but would like to see it work on a chart. What I would like to add which you have but it is not editable under customization. Would like to be able add a button that just shows qty of contracts I am in and another "button" showing points or P/L up or down with out any thing else. "just a number" without adding which account or anything, just a number. Maybe it could change color if you are offside and green if you are onside etc. like your current trade window does. While am at it, would love to see the time and sale scroll bar hidden. Would love to see it able to be a window inside the instance as well. Can you do this? Is the chart that has the control bar an attached or detached chart? Also update to the latest version. We cannot reproduce this issue. The Trading Control Bar buttons are active when a control bar is attached to a chart. I have seen your add in special items list, but there is no way to configure the button under properties. ex: I don't want it to give me "4@5540.25", I want the button just to say "4" . I am putting the control bar vertically on the side and the button is only designed to go horizontally and there is no way to modify it . The buy and sell buttons still do not work attaching the control bar directly to the chart. |

Make sure you have the option for "Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled" actually enabled for that chart. This affects both Keyboard Shortcuts and Control Bar buttons. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Control Bar Trading Shortcuts There is not a way to change the size and what is displayed for the "Position Data Text". The shortcuts enabled worked. Thanks. Regarding the Position Data Text, I just would like to drop the "@5540.25" I can live with the text size is fine. It's fine the way it is just wanted to clean it up. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-08-28 14:17:06

There is not a way to change that text. We have set this as a Feature Request. Keep in mind, we can not say when we would get to any particular request.
