I want to make an Alert to count the number of Extend TPO POC that have not been intersected with the price within the specified price range (e.g. 500 price radius for BTC) for the Extend TPO point of control. Is there any way that can help me solve this problem?

This can not be done with the built-in tools, as extension line information is not available through the built-in tools. You would have to create a custom study for this.
