Error when trying to download installer

I keep getting the same error when I try to download the installer for the current version. From the message log: 2024-08-14 15:49:18.990 | The request for the installer program MD5 has been made. 2024-08-14 15:49:20.064 | The request for the installer program has been made. 2024-08-14 15:49:20.887 | Request for installer program has been redirected. Request ID: 23 -> 24. New URL: https://download2.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe 2024-08-14 15:49:23.042 | HTTPS connection ID:24 to download2.sierrachart.com:443 for request ID:24 (3) | Encryption stream error encountered when processing received data. Failed to read incoming decrypted data from the incoming binary I/O stream. error:1408F119:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:decryption failed or bad record mac | Number times message added: 18 2024-08-14 15:49:23.051 | File has been written to: Z:\SierraChart\SierraChartFileDownloader.exe. File Size: 901120 bytes. I've tried this about 10 times, with the same result. The file size is different each time. If it matters, I'm on version 2611, and I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 with Wine 6.0.3. I'll go ahead and use the zip installer if this isn't working soon, but I thought someone should know. |

You can get the installer through your browser by selecting the following link. Just make sure Sierra Chart is not running when you do the installation, and also make sure the path is set correctly on the page that comes up. https://download2.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe Or you can use the Zip Installer.
