Good morning
I loaded my charts as I do every morning and have green bar at top right whick usually everything is connected and live ...today my charts don't seem to be live. They load up to the current time and do not move until I disconnect and re connect to update. My trading dome is live through transact and is flowing with market movement as usual ??? What should I ck ?
I do have the latest downloaded version

I have exactly the same problem today with a datafeed from Interactive brokers. Is it a datafeed problem or a Sierra problem?

Same Problem.
Transact DOM is live and working.....chart feed indicates connected but no price data as charts not moving...Have reloaded no help

i have the same problem right at the opening print in the ES. Transact is live, but charts are frozen

Update:
Charts are tracking current price now, but opening 30min bracket data is incorrect on charts. Have done the edit and download new data routine and still have missing data

How can I remedy this situation
