Not seeing Chart and Tool values window

Hi, I clicked options to show mentioned windows but cannot see them anywhere on the screen. Not on laptop not on extened bigger screen. I did see them in the past though... I also updated SC and restarted my PC but problem persists. Any ideas? Thank you |
