Mouse Curser crosshair

When I go to tools> crosshair to try to change my mouse curser to the crosshair, the “+” sign appears as my mouse curser but the numbers on the vertical and horizontal axis on the chart does not show (it is whited out). How do I fix this issue please? Thank you |
