Problems exporting Zig Zag Indicator data to spreadsheet: export missing data

Hi Sierra Team,

I have problems exporting Zig Zag Indicator data to a spreadsheet. The export is missing a lot of data.

I want to export 1 year of 1 minute data for the ES (regular trading hours only = 405mins per day). I am using the Sierra data feed.

To do this I:
a. Create a ES 1min chart, setting the number of days to load at 365.
b. Add the Zig Zag indicator - set the Additional Output for Spreadsheets to Yes.
c. Add a Spreadsheet Study with 105,000 rows. (as 405 * 252 = 102,600)

Note it would be easier if the export function would export the reversal prices only, rather than all the prices with zeroes next those that are not reversal prices.
(that would reduce the number of rows needed, and would save time filtering the noise out - Investor RT does this)

Problems:
1. The export is missing data points in the middle of the set: when I scroll down beyond three months back I start noticing missing data points (eg, see attached chartbook, spreadsheet study: cell A25941 has the data for 5/20/2014 15:14 and cell A25942 has the data for 5/20/2014 15:10 => export skipped three data points).
2. The export is missing all data points at the end of the set: last data point exported is 11/6/2013 10:50, two months short of a year, beyond that it just reads 1900/1/0 0:00:00 and empty cells.

Please help.

Many thanks,

K

1. This is because the data is not within the chart itself. So you need to look at the chart at that point in time and the symbol and determine why. Have you set the chart to be a Continuous Futures Contract chart?

2. This would indicate this is the very first bar in the chart:

Chart was not set as continuous. Adjusting that did not fix it at first, but after loading and reloading twice data was loaded.

Issue resolved. Many thanks.
