I just received a new username and password from "Iron Beam" so I can use real-time Data with Sierra chart. I went to (Global Settings) then (Data and Trade Services) ,Then I typed my given username and password in the (market data connection details) and (trade connection details) then clicked (Iron Beam) as my service. Once I pressed ok nothing happends. It says at the top right corner "WAITING TO RECONNECT..." . Why is this happening?
