Hello
I've noted when replaying the charts that starting in 2014 the chart advances in 1 minute increments only during replay. As it is playing it does not show the individual price movements (or skips prices) of the bar as it develops say for a 5 minute bar. The clock at the top only shows advancement in minutes i.e. the seconds always show :00 -- only minutes advance. In turn the bars are not showing how the open/close/high and low develop during the 5 minute time frame (5 minute chart). When I go back to previous years it works fine as it had before. I deleted the ES file and re-loaded the symbol with same results. Is this something new with SC or is it something on my end?

Thanks!

any of the contracts in 2014 (H M or U)only replay in 1 minute increments (no seconds or bar evolving) static until next minute arrives and then the next bar appears.

If I change the year to 3 or before it is fine on the replay. for years prior to 2010 I use 09 08 07 etc. Those replay fine as well.
Thank you

This is not the correct symbol. In the case of when using the Sierra Chart Historical Data service, all years are 2 digits. You can find the correct symbols in File >> Find Symbol.

Also make sure you have a tick by tick data configuration:
