How to Post a Message for Support

Data seems to stop, also Forex/Futures same screen?

Hi, I'm new, love the charts, but they seem to stop, and I'm not sure how to view Forex and Futures via the same screen? Is that possible? Why do the charts stop now and then? Is there a data feed issue? my internet connection is solid. It has stopped for a long time, like 20 minutes, and also, when I start back up, we are not at the current time, like right now, it is showing 12:44 on the chart, and it is 12:57 here in Los Angeles. Please advise, and thank you for these amazing charts!

Forex data seems to move (fxcm), but how do I see all of the futures data, please? and can they be viewed at the same time? thank you!

Also, if I change from 10 tick to 20 tick to 200 tick, nothing changes, same candles... yes, I know how to set that up... it works sometimes, and then other times it doesn't work, why? thank you

tradingview.com is still updating, but not here, and the tick charts are not loading the correct number of ticks

Yeah, so when it "updates" it is still off by about 10 minutes, as well... is the ES data feed delayed?

The Sierra Chart Historical Data Service does not provide streaming data. Furthermore, the correct symbol has a two digit year: ESU14 This is the only way to get a historical tick by tick data.
