Hello, I am on version 2646 using Rithmic data connection. Since 6/18, all my historical order fills have stopped showing up in my Trade Activity log. They appear in the log the moment the trade is made, but if I run a query at the end of the day, the display is cleared and no fills are displayed. TAL settings window attached here. I've reviewed some of the prior threads and made sure Download Historical Fills in Data Connection Settings is set to Yes. |

Where exactly are you not seeing the order fills? Is this just the display on the chart? Is it in the "Trade Activity" page on the Trade Activity Log? Is it on the "Chart Stats" page of the Trade Activity Log? etc.

My trades are initially logged in the Trade Activity log on all tabs.... stats, trade activity, trades, period stats. The moment I open Settings, adjust a filter, and hit Apply or OK, the entire log goes blank and all trade activity is missing from all tabs (and therefore from the chart as well).

Regarding post #1, make sure there is no checkmark by Edit >> Disable Trade Activity Log on the Trade Activity Log menu and that "Trade Activity" is selected at the top of that log.

I went onto my Trade Activity Log and there was no checkmark on the disable trade activity log tab. The last recorded trades was on the 6-13-2024. I am missing trade data for 6-21 & 6-24

It's been 3 days of trading Live and none of my trade data is being recorded in my Trade Activity Log. How do I fix this problem? And I don't have a check mark on the disable trade activity log.

Is the Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity tab completely blank? There is a Trade Activity Log folder path that can be set through Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths. My issue resolved itself yesterday. I did not make any changes. I do not have Rithmic fills from 6/19-6/23. From 6/24 onwards it seems to now be working. Perhaps a Rithmic issue but I can’t imagine what that could be. |

I still can not get my Trade Activity log to update. I'm going on 4 days without any trading data activity recorded. Is there a way to reboot my account? The answers that have been give don't work or are not applicable to this problem.

Please select the "Trade Activity" page on the Trade Activity Log and tell us if you see "Disabled (Uncheck 'Edit >> Disable Trade Activity Log)" displayed under the ActivityType at the top. If this is there, then select "Edit >> Disable Trade Activity Log" in order to enable the Trade Activity Log. Are you missing live trades or simulated trades or both? In the case of the user called, the June contract symbol was selected instead of September. Alternatively you could select "All Symbols" for the Symbol setting.

I am also missing the last day of trades from my TAL. Realtime trading (not replay) in SIM mode. The missing trades were there earlier in the day. Then after I did some work with another SIM account and went back to his SIM account TAL, the trades were missing. There should be 5 trades in the TAL, but only the first 3 are displayed. I promise the date settings are correct. And Symbol settings. Edit>>Disable Trading Activity Log is not checked. Edit: as a separate issue, I also note the following TAL behavior: 1. Run a SIM replay using Sim1 account. Trades are visible. 2. For the TAL Display Setting, switch to Sim2 account. Click apply. Trades for Sim1 disappear as expected. 3. Then using Display Settings, switch back to Sim1 account, and now the trades are all gone. I never cleared the trades, yet they are gone. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-02-14 08:23:43

Using the "File Explorer" for Windows, go to the main Sierra Chart installation folder on your system (typically C:\SierraChart) and then go into the "TradeActivityLogs" folder. In there are the logs from which the Trade Activity Log gets the information. The files are organized by date and trading account. Find the file that would be associated with the date of the trades you are stating are missing and the "Sim1" account.
