I'm trying to setup alerts related to triggering of certain conditions using the delta divergence study. Basically, I'm looking for to get alerts when the arrows (either up or down) pop up showing the divergence. i've read the tutorial regarding setting up alarms, but I cannot seem to have a clear idea on how to program them. Would it be possible for you guys to provide specifical instructions so I can incorporate alerts for this study? TNX in advance. |

To see what a study outputs so that you can write an alert formula, add the Spreadsheet Study study and look in columns AA and above. This study outputs the price location of each arrow, and 0 for no arrows, so use a >0 in the formula for SG2 and SG3: =OR(SG2>0,SG3>0) |

Thank you for the response, Tom. However, it is still unclear to me how to program an alert. Sorry, but I need some "hand holding" on this matter. Whatever guidance you can provide would be appreciated. TNX |

TY both SC support & tomglib. tomglib --> I have managed to setup "some" alerts... However, there´s a persistent issue that I´m trying to get rid of: basically, the alert triggers whenever the conditions is met (divergence between price and delta). However, I would like to "narrow" those alerts to the events in which the arrow shows up. Is there any way to execute this? SC Support --> can you provide some expalmes, in this specifical case. I´ve tried to follow up the tutorials but I cannot seem to code the alerts in the right way. TNX |
