The email server at stonline.sk is blocking the email, they are not forwarding the email to your gmail account giving us a "5.7.1. Relaying not Allowed" error. You will have to enter your gmail account into Sierra Chart instead of using stonline.sk .

Alert email error: To receive Alert notification messages at phaedon@*******.com, contact Sierra Chart support. I have the same problem, mine is a Google apps account though, first time I get this message. I use SC 1239 |
