Cannot Connect to Rithmic - Server list empty

                Have looked through the support boards and done everything I'm supposed to do - followed the steps to connect, selected Rithmic and filled out the appropriate info, clicked ok, waited 5 minutes, waited 1 HR, turned off firewall, restart computer etc etc. Still only shows the originally selected service setting, which is the wrong one, and if I click to change it - always empty. Please help. Thank you  |

                Remote address is not set is the error in the message panel. Also see JSON parse error: invalid value.  |

                If I download an entirely new Sierra software the servers show up - I just don't want to re do the whole setup and add the chartbook again.
