transferring charts to a new computer

hello! I connected the Sierra chart after a break in 2023. When I use an old computer and work on an old version of Sierra chart, my chart settings are preserved, and I usually work. When I connect a new computer and update the Sierra chart, all my settings disappear. Can you tell me how I can transfer my charts from my old computer to the new one?
