Subinstance #2 not opening automatically

I have set to open 3 instances upon start up. Recently, Instances #1 & #3 start up automatically, but not #2. I have to manually open #2 but clicking on "New Instance" after #1 has started. Please advise how I can troubleshoot? Thanks.

How exactly do you have the entry for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Instances to Run on Startup" set in the Main Instance of Sierra Chart? From what you state, it should be the following: 2, 3 We assume that by #1 instance you are referring to the Main Instance. It was set for just 3 (I thought it was referring to the total number of instances, not the actual subinstance #). Interestingly, I had no problems having all 3 instances open for the first few weeks. Changing the input to 2,3 has now fixed the issue. Thank you. |
