Anyone having trouble with the Binance feed today? Everything is working fine, data coming in for most of the symbols apart from ETHUSDT-BINANCE and BTCUSDT-BINANCE. They both stopped updating around midnight UTC. Have downloaded the latest Sierra and disconnected/reconnected a few times but the data for BTC + ETH is still not working. |

This has been resolved. If you are not getting the real-time data, then select "File >> Reconnect". If you are missing any data then follow these instructions to fill it in: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
