I am not quite getting the hang of setting a triggered step trailing stop on the chart trading DOM. Example I set a buy stop at 100, and set an attached order with a stop loss at 10 ticks in case the order goes against me, a Trig offset at 4 ticks and a Trail offset at 6 ticks. However when the trade is opened there is no stop loss indicated on the chart only the entry price. What happens if the trade goes against me more than 10 ticks will it not stop out if there is no S/L indicated on the chart. I quite confused with setting up a trailing stop. Thank you

After submitting the main order, do you see the Trailing Stop order listed in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab? I am using the chart trade DOM and have enabled Use Attached orders. In the stop I have entered a price 6 ticks below my entry price and a Trigger 4 ticks above the entry price, eg NQ Entered at 4034.25 set my stop at 4032.50 and my Trigger at 4035.25. There is only one order showing on the Orders window, which I presume is my entry order. No price is given. I am using the Trade Window which is on the chart.

PS in the Targets Window I have set my Stop Offset at 15 my Trigger offset at 4 and my Trail offset at 6. What I want to do is enter a trade then have an Initial Stop Loss at 10 ticks with a Trailing stop Triggering when my trade has move 4 ticks into profit and the trailing stop being triggered now and moving up 6 ticks. How do I set these parameters? Regards Chris

If you have Use Attached Orders checked, and you have a Stop order on the Targets tab of the Trade Window, then it will be attached. There should not be any problem with this. Make sure you have Support Scale In disabled on the Trade Window Menu. PS you will note that some orders were filled but these were without the trailing stop as it would not activate.

I have sent a number of messages regarding Triggered Trailing Step Stop or any Trail Stop activated from the Chart Trade Mode, but have not received any helpful information. I am sending two trade logs which have not properly activated. Can you please show me how to do it correctly. This is what I have done. On the chart DOM in the main menu I have selected "Triggered Step Trail Stop". In the Stop I have indicated a stop 10 ticks from my proposed entry (presumably a Stop Loss) and in the Trig.Price I have indicated a trigger 3 ticks positive from my proposed entry. I have selected "Use Attached Orders". In the Targets Menu I have selected Stop: Triggered Step Trail Stop. In the Stop Offset I selected 10, in the Trig. Offset 3 and the Trail Offset 6 as I want my trailing stop to follow the price by 6 ticks. Now when I placed the trade in the confirmation window there was no indication of the Trailing orders only of the primary entry order. Shouldn't the attached orders also show up on the confirmation window. Attached is the Trade Activity Log of these orders.
