In my case, I received the page after payment saying it was processing. The charge is pending on my credit card. No email from Stripe for confirmation of payment. I thought maybe it was a problem with my card, so I did a second payment with a different card. Same issue. Pending charge, no email, and no balance on my account to activate an SC service with - stuck on the trial package that can't be used for anything.

I did not receive an email from stripe the first time but verified it came out of my account. I’ve made two payments to up the balance the second I received an email for. level 12 monthly 1 system Full market depth CME non prof 1 system Equities data non prof |
