SC Data Feed - Euro Futures E6U14: August 15th (Friday) Daily bar is wrong by 7 ticks

SC Engineering,

During my trading day today I casually noticed that the mentioned Daily bar is missing 7 ticks - the Daily chart bar is showing the day high at 1.3407 whereas the intraday chart is showing it at 1.3414.

After seeing that I deleted and downloaded all data in an attempt to have it corrected but it didn't change anything.

As I got really concerned with such a difference, I checked the Daily and Intraday values with another Data Feed and they are both showing the day high at 1.3414, meaning that the SC Data Feed intraday chart is correct and the Daily chart is wrong.

As you can imagine I am worried with this issue.

I have several Daily OHLC Studies in my charts and always trust them blindly. However if today I had entered a position based on the Previous Day High indicated by them I would have found myself in a position with a displacement of 7 ticks, which could have been very bad...

Would you please see what is wrong and correct the problem?

Thank you.

Sierra Chart Engineering,

Same problem again: Euro Futures E6U14 - August 25th (Monday):

SC data Feed Daily Bar showing Day High at 1.3243 (wrong value), Intraday chart showing it at 1.3212 (correct value).

Different data feed is showing correct values so it is not a CME problem.

31 ticks difference. Twice in six trading days. This is bad.

Please do your best and take the needed actions to prevent this from happening again. We need to be able to trust SC Data Feed.

Thank you.

This will be fixed tonight. We also removed the ability for pit prices to effect the electronic symbol which was causing this.
